Series 16 Supervisory Analyst - Americas

The Americas Supervisory Analyst (SA) team consists of 11 members, providing 6-day, 24-hour coverage for US and LatAm research. The SAs support the highly ranked (by Institutional Investor ) US and LatAm Equity and Fixed Income research teams. We also provide global support to our SA teams based in the UK, Hong Kong, and Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervisory review of US/LatAm Equity, Fixed Income (including Corporate Credit, Economics, Commodities, Technical Analysis, Securitized Products, FX and Rates) and Equity Derivatives Research
• Ensure research complies with FINRA and firm guidelines, including watch list review and applying appropriate disclosures
• Multitask in a busy environment and review a variety of products: notes, in-depth company initiations, quick-take alerts, industry reports, blast emails, models, and PowerPoint presentations
• Edit research when required to bring up to quality and control standards
• Work with analysts and associates to reinforce business rules, regulatory guidelines, and look and feel standards

Requirements: FINRA Series 16 and at least 5 years' experience as an SA, preferably in an equity research department. FINRA Series 4 license a benefit, but not required. Candidates must be focused, articulate, commercially minded, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Candidates must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
