Job Description:

The MMBSI & CCBSI Business Operations team is dedicated to understanding, analyzing and developing recommendations related to the various operational, AML and reputational risks that exist within the MMBSI and CCBSI businesses. Your projects will involve interacting heavily with banking teams, subject matter experts, functional control partners and senior leaders across MMBSI/CCBSI, the broader Commercial Bank, and JPMC. You will lead a large portfolio of fast paced, highly visible projects which often have significant impact to the business. The results of these projects will be socialized with MMBSI, CCBSI, and Commercial Bank executive management. Your deliverables will be non-routine, complex, unmapped and offer the ability to approach solutions in a creative manner.

Responsibilities


  • End-to-end project management of scoping a project, developing a project execution plan, troubleshooting/escalating issues, and ensuring timely project completion
  • Review of complex product/account data to investigate AML and SBA PPP escalations
  • Perform root cause analysis on operational issues, recommend solutions, and ensure changes are implemented
  • Utilize loan transactional data develop a loan digital adoption plan to convert clients from manual to online transactions and report on project/investment success to senior stakeholders
  • Develop client valuation models using Black-Scholes for the warrants in the Innovation Economy Portfolio
  • Create reporting on Business Operation's project progress, escalation volume, and business impact
  • Identify opportunities to use real-time data to identify emerging risks for the business
  • Transform existing controls to be more effective and focused on mitigating the highest risks
  • Identify and deliver appropriate solutions that address the needs of clients/customers/ stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience in a banking, operations, or control management
  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking products is a plus
  • Experienced in providing innovative and proactive solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint PitchPro+ and SharePoint
  • Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups and client coverage
