Kimberly-Clark’s Global Inclusion and Diversity Team is seeking an innovative, game-changer who can build upon our solid I&D foundation and past successes to further our I&D ambitions. This role has a global reach and will require knowledge of the local and regional business priorities, diversity of the market and inclusion maturity, in order to enable the integration of solid versatile strategies that deliver the best practices of I&D for our company and the 40,000+ employees behind some of the world’s most iconic brands.

The Global I&D Business Partner - Market Acceleration will be responsible for driving Kimberly-Clark's global representation growth strategies within targeted functions and business units (BUs). This person will examine all areas of opportunity to realize our commitment to a workforce that reflects the diversity of our consumers in markets around the world.  To accomplish this, the I&D Business Partner – Market Acceleration will build initiatives interdependent with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, leadership accountability, process standards, data analytics, and business commitments and prioritizations and partner with leadership to develop function-specific strategies to drive the organization forward. This role is for someone who is experienced in thinking big but also experienced in working granularly to build programmatic initiatives in partnership with the business and Human Resources functions, influence change and generate successful delivery of key programs.

Responsibilities:


  • Designs and executes a multi-year strategy to deliver step-change diverse representation growth in targeted organizations, adding additional areas of focus to the scope, through the creation of function-specific programs and initiatives that cross Learning Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development


  • Responsible for design, execution and measurement of the end-to-end strategy to accelerate diverse talent across three tracks: early career, mid-career and senior leader


  • Leverages quantitative analysis and reporting, including data-driven insights, market research, trend analysis, benchmarking to inform direction and goals


  • Partner with business leaders to develop strategies to infuse new talent into their organizations, empower and prepare current talent for future roles and provide cross-function/cross-BU experiences to grow available talent pools; this objective also includes partnering with Talent Management to increase visibility of talent across the enterprise, as opposed to within one’s existing BU/function


  • Identify other systematic changes to optimize the growth and progression of diverse talent


  • Partners with Talent Management to design Internal Talent capability development strategies to grow internal diverse talent mobility in managerial roles


  • Drive I&D integration throughout global business strategies, “must-win” initiatives and in-market executions


  • Develop, execute and manage comprehensive mentor and / or sponsor programs within function


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years’ business experience; including minimum of 8 years full-time, progressive inclusion and diversity experience, designing, executing and reporting on I&D programs in a corporate setting; Fortune 500 company preferred


  • Experience leading a I&D team or function within a global organization a plus


  • High level of business acumen – understanding of market dynamics, P&L management, workforce labor market, internal workforce talent and capabilities, etc.


  • Demonstrated expertise designing and deploying talent strategies globally that drive impact in key regions and job functions


  • Data-inspired leader that requests, monitors and utilizes market and workforce data to inform future strategic direction, report trends, improvements and areas of focus


  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy to delivery of results, with the ability to balance development of longer-term vision or strategy with the short term needs of the business


  • Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with executives and peers that drive business deliverables with speed and precision

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. K-C will not provide relocation support for this role.
