We are looking for a Technical Content Developer!

We are looking for an exceptional course developer to craft high-quality e-learning as well as hands-on learning experiences. The work involves collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to build lab-based training that teaches partners and customers how to design, deploy, optimize and manage accelerated computing solutions across a wide range of workloads such as deep learning, data science, high performance computing, among others.

NVIDIA's invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU accelerated deep learning ignited modern AI - the next era of computing - with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. What you'll be doing:


  • Develop high-quality hands-on and e-learning training courses for NVIDIA's customers, internal Solutions Architects, and partner technical teams as an integral member of the Educational Services and Enablement content development team, which includes:


  • Partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) from NVIDIA and industry-leading organizations to draft course proposals aligned with key market segments and developer audiences.


  • Creating lab-based training that includes compelling diagrams, explanatory videos, interactive hands-on exercises/assessments that prepare customers and partners to leverage NVIDIA solutions by collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to help them solve real-world problems.


  • Collaborating with SMEs to integrate key features of NVIDIA solutions into compelling, project-based learning experiences.


  • Developing instructor delivery notes, certification criteria and assessment materials.


  • Participating in internal "test flight" and dry-run deliveries to ensure course material is excellent and instructors are prepared to consistently deliver high-quality learning experiences.


  • Engage with regional teams to support localization and deployment of courses.


  • Actively seeking feedback from instructors, students, and industry partners to improve courses.


  • Peer-reviewing, copy editing and providing feedback on courses developed by other members of the team.


What we need to see:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, or equivalent experience


  • 5 years of professional experience and 2+ years experience with related technologies such as networking, storage, deep learning, accelerated computing, or data science.


  • Strong communication, interpersonal and writing skills (sample requested)


  • Ability to work cross-functionally across many levels of a matrixed organization


  • Prior success balancing multiple projects in parallel


Ways to stand out from the crowd:


  • Background in building in-depth hands-on and virtual training for a technical audience


  • Experience presenting high-quality training workshops to professional technical audiences


  • Familiarity with IT datacenter design, optimization and management.


  • MS degree in computer science/engineering or related domain science


  • Development experience in cloud-based Linux environments and/or using tools such as Docker containers, Git, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Python, CUDA, RAPIDS, cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCloud), Open edX.
