Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talented Corporate Innovation Intern (Intrapreneur) to join our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking for ambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

You are comfortable challenging the status quo , and you're willing to explore new opportunities with Ingram Micro's Global Innovation Team , a part of the Global IS organization and working within the office of the CTO . You consistent ly meet deadlines and manage your resources effectively. You are open to learn ing new skills, can manage a variety of different projects and will manage some existing programs as well as contribute to brainstorming sessions and discussions within the Innovation Team.

You are a clear communicator, a team player, possess positive work ethics and a "can do" attitude . You are technology savvy and follow new technology trends.

Essential responsibilities of your role:

• Help to manage projects with the Innovation Team


• Contribute to project research and brainstorming sessions


• Produce business processes and documentation that drive innovation culture up in a large corporation.


• Manage an idea portal and internal communication channels such via Yammer, emails, and MS Teams.


• Organize Knowledge Sharing sessions and Innovation forums for internal teams at Ingram.


• Help with administrative tasks, communications, and reporting

Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities you need to have:

• Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program


• Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher


• Strong communication and writing skills


• Familiarity with technology


• Experience with video editing, HTML and Office 365 skills (i.e. Forms and Flows) is a plus
