This position is responsible for answering incoming calls and directing them to the proper parties. Assists Security officer at front desk with visitors and assists Facilities Administrator and Facilities team as needed.
Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good organization skills
Must be able to follow direction and work independently
Must have a good customer service attitude and a professional attitude.
Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Ability to respond, research and get answers for ad/hoc requests
Knowledge of D&B business a plus
Answer all in-coming calls from customers, team members and the general public and direct them appropriately to departments and team members
Meet and greet team members and visitors. Assist Security with signing in of visitors if necessary
Assist team members with loaning of projectors, cables.
Direct team members and visitors to proper conference rooms
Work with Facilities Administrator on any needed tasks/projects
Keep logs/reports/spreadsheets as directed by Facilities Administrator
Demonstrate reliability and attention to detail
Assist as needed with Mailroom duties
