What characteristics would make you a successful Client Concierge?
Service-oriented with excellent relationship-building and communication skills dedicated to improving the client experience
Strong time management skills with the capacity to work with multiple Financial Advisors balancing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Detail-oriented and organized to ensure a high standard of accuracy while supporting multiple clients
Critical thinking and analytic skills to anticipate, identify, and solve ongoing client needs
A creative, proactive, and open mindset willing to incorporate constructive feedback and adapt to change
A resourceful, self-starter comfortable taking initiative to create efficiencies
Strong computer skills and an aptitude to quickly learn new software
Key Responsibilities
Understand every branch office client, including their unique needs and life event celebrations to proactively meet and exceed expectations of feeling valued
Ensure that Financial Advisors are informed of clients' needs
Effectively liaise between clients and Financial Advisors by anticipating and resolving non-financial questions to ensure lasting relationships
Perform office administration duties, to include answering calls, greeting clients, managing communications, maintaining records, ordering supplies, processing expenses, and scheduling/managing appointments and calendars
Ensure preparation and execution of the client appointment process using tools and contact plans
Perform simple account processing and maintenance, including check processing, managing client paperwork, minimum distributions, and digital services
Identify and share potential opportunities to grow client assets with the Financial Advisor
Educate clients about services that make it easy to do business with Edward Jones
Job requirements: High School Diploma/Equivalent required 1+ year of concierge/customer service work experience preferred Financial industry experience preferred
