Loan Origination Analyst for Commercial Real Estate Transaction Services is responsible for ensuring policy and regulatory compliance on all commercial real estate secured transactions for Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries, Corporate Client Banking and Specialized Industries, Asset Based Lending, and Dealer Services.
The position will be part of a center of excellence for commercial real estate lending. Individuals will provide expertise on all real estate related polices and procedures (FIRREA, FIDICIA, Flood Insurance and Environmental Risk Management) and understand the regulations and how they apply to the Firm's policies and procedures.
Order flood determinations and obtain compliance packages for all flood trigger events and flood insurance renewal. Engages Appraisal Services Group and Environmental Risk Management via C360, completes FDICIA Loan to Value calculations for FDICIA trigger events, and reviews all ICRD proposals with real estate collateral supports for data quality.
