Loan Documentation Exception Specialist at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description:

As a Loan Documentation Exception Specialist you will be responsible for contacting Title Companies, external Law Firms, bank Clients, internal Loan Officers, and/or Underwriters to obtain bank loan documents needed to clear documentation exceptions cited by the bank's Collateral team. In this role, you will manage the department's exception report by following-up regularly on open items and making status comments on the exception report.

You will be working with our Loan Closers and our Loan Servicers as you research necessary items, and create work cases to clear exceptions. The position requires the following skills:

• Professional Communication (in person, phone, and e-mail)
• Ability to work with and manage Excel reports
• Administrative
• Prioritization
