Job Description:

The Client Account Services Middle Office Onboarding Team is a newly created team and structure which will manage the initial setup and ongoing maintenance of client account data across multiple products including Custody and Fund Services, Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income, FX, etc. This role partners extensively with external clients as well as internal key stakeholders in the respective businesses, operations and technology partners, and transition teams in order to execute client business requirements.

The role and responsibilities will include the following:


  • Take an active role partnering with key stakeholders to develop strategic infrastructure and data model to develop a scalable industry leading solution
  • Manage client relationships to deliver consistent excellent client experience
  • Execute large scale onboarding initiatives in close partnership with Implementations and other partners
  • Partner with the business to drive continuous improvement
  • Take active role in shaping and implementing future state
  • Gain and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the account opening and maintenance work flow and end-to-end ownership of all related requirements including SLAs & KPIs
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and a positive attitude coupled with an aggressive but professional approach to escalation, prioritization and problem solving.

  • Project management skills

• Organisational, analytical and problem resolution skills

  • Ability to coordinate and partner with different work streams
  • Experience or knowledge in the following areas; Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Agency Collateral, Derivatives, FX, Securities Lending
  • Previous experience of a Client facing relationships
  • Strong Microsoft office skills

• Oral and written communication - ability to effectively interface with clients and internal partners at all levels

• Keen attention to detail and ability to analyse with appropriate questioning
