Job Description:

Our cashiers are the first person our guests meet. Cashiers work to give each guest an exceptional experience by being knowledgeable about our offerings and programs, giving excellent customer service by leading with kindness, caring for the facility and being part of our hard-working team.

Starting hourly rate $9.87

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering the phone


• Interacting with all guests


• Serving as the top of the slide attendant.

Cashiers are supervised by the Recreation Supervisor and will participate in ongoing training and practice throughout the pool season. Cashiering at Fuller pool will offer the opportunity to build skills, gain experience and make some amazing lifelong connections.

The physical ability to, reach, push, pull, lift, grasp and perform repetitive motions.

Move and lift light objects up to 20 of lbs. including office supplies, chairs, garbage cans and bags of trash, boxes of toilet paper and paper towel. Operating office equipment requiring continuous or repetitive hand/arm movements.

Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of age. Basic knowledge in the principles of facility activities. Must obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of employment. The City offers CPR/AED and First Aid classes, which are free to Parks employees. • Experience in babysitting, lawn care, or volunteering.
