E voqua has an exciting opportunity for a High Purity Water Systems Technician supporting our light industry customers in the Cincinnati, OH based out of West Chester, OH. As a High Purity Water Technician, you will perform installation, start-ups, investigative tests, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance to our water treatment equipment (reverse osmosis, CDI, automatic softeners, carbon units and deionization water systems) at multiple customer locations. We provide training to advance you through our Technician program and pay increases that correspond with your expanded capabilities. More about the position:

• Not a fan of a desk job? In this role you will travel extensively during the day within a 2-hour radius of Cincinnati.
• Enjoy solving problems? The key responsibility for the Technician is to effectively identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them and prevent them from recurring.
• Enjoy sharing your knowledge with customers to improve their systems? You will provide semi-complex training to customers on products and services, as well as documenting all installations, inspections, maintenance, repair work, etc.

• Want to earn additional incentives? If you generate a sales lead you can earn 2% of the sale up to $2000.00 through our Technician Lead Program

What we require of you;

• HS Diploma or GED equivalency; Associate's Degree or vocational/ technical training is strongly desired
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high purity water directly related to installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment (pumps)
• Minimum of 3 years of general experience in plumbing and electrical (panels)
• Industrial water treatment or water chemistry experience preferred, but not necessary
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, must meet eligibility requirements to drive a company vehicle
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical
• The ability to lift up to 75 pounds and to push or pull up to 300 pounds for up to 20% of the work day
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work overtime, nights, weekends as required in the on-call after-hours rotation
• Must be able to follow all safety rules and wear all required safety equipment

This position will have a typical work schedule of Monday-Friday with some occasional overtime and compensated after-hours on-call rotation responsibilities (once a month for a week), which may include weekends.
