Chubb’s Personal Risk Services (PRS) Operations division provides industry leading service to clients, agents and internal business partners. The Chubb Customer Center (CCC) is team of more than 60 employees managing a full-service insurance agency responsible for servicing and expanding personal lines books of business for enrolled agencies countrywide. We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated professional looking to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
CCC Coordinators are:
Responsible for primary administrative support to approximately 50 licensed personal lines agents.
Flexible in shifting task priorities throughout the day based on department needs or those of their teammates. These include:
Managing a high volume of department work intake by e-mail, fax, and mail
Sorting, scanning, and routing agency correspondence
Printing and mailing outbound client correspondence
Assigned ad-hoc tasks to support effectiveness and efficiency of the department
Team players who collaborate with colleagues on shared work distribution and daily responsibilities to meet department service level targets.
Comfortable independently solving problems in ‘gray’ areas without defined workflows.
Encouraged to share candid feedback to assist with the implementation of solutions to improve department efficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communicators motivated by the high expectations associated with Chubb’s reputation and affluent target market customers.
Accountable for quality and productivity standards to support department service targets.
Dependable and organized.
Mindful that the position requires a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding the services we provide.
Willing to assume responsibility for additional projects based on the needs of teammates and/or business partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Experience using Adobe and scanning technology preferred.
Knowledge of Chubb processes and Applied agency management systems preferred but not required.
Insurance agency experience preferred but not required.
