Job Description:

Perform quarantine duties, such as the pouch and seal activities of sterile products, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.  Perform quarantine duties, such as the pouch and seal activities of sterile products, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.


• Pouch and label sterile product utilizing the heat sealing machine.


• Document and maintain accurate and complete records.


• Work within established productivity and quality standards.


• Make recommendations to facility management for methods improvement.


• Keep work area neat and clean.


• Assist in any other areas as directed by team leader or management.


• All other duties as may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None

 WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is performed in a fast-paced indoor production area with little exposure to dust and high temperatures; moderate exposure to noise; climate-controlled environment; controlled access.

EXPERIENCE:

Previous production experience with quality orientation is highly desired.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in assembly may be considered a substitute for education.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Quality and detail orientation.


• Able to learn quickly.


• Willing and capable of working on different assignments within the facility.


• Good manual dexterity.


• Ability to work with sealer equipment.


• Basic analytical skills and detail-orientation.


• Excellent hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.
