Must have skills:

• 8+ years Project Management/Scrum experience in developing and delivering web applications


• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to increase collaboration and productivity


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills


• Experience working with globally distributed sites and teams


• Hands-on ability to keep projects on track and address issues proactively


• Experience with the Radar Agile, Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence), Quip preferred


• Experience managing multiple projects and Product Owners

• Creative and organized with ability to creating high quality plans and status reports Agile project management experience Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the norm.


• Flexible and able to react professionally and efficiently to changes in schedules or project direction without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall own the execution of a key feature/project.


• Work with Product Manager, Business, and individual Multi-vendor contributors to ensure prioritized and groomed project backlogs to have sufficient details, and are ready to be worked on without delays, ambiguity or rework.


• Manage sprint planning and execution by identifying potential blockers and contingency plans


• Facilitate the scoping of epics through story creation, Level of efforts, and tasking.


•  Facilitate project management activities including but not limited to planning, communication, scope management, scheduling, status reporting, risk management.


• Interact with Business and Technology partners to establish priorities, resolve differences, make business trade-offs, and sequence initiatives to achieve long term goals


• Make decisions and communicate trade-offs and risks; drive key decisions across projects.


• Ensure that cross-functional project status is regularly presented at appropriate governance bodies
