Within our Global Consumer Marketing division, we have a great opportunity for a Customer Data Analyst to join our Customer Analytics team In this role, you will support the Customer and Prospect Experience (CPX) analytics practice though the development of insights leveraging our web, email and app messaging testing platform and customer database. In addition to developing analyses and reporting capabilities you will monitor performance of in-market experiments as well as track the growth of our customer segments.

Specific responsibilities include:


  • Maintains expertise of primary customer analytic tables, while providing thought leadership to advance our customer 360 data roadmap.


  • Support creation of customer data tables, measures and attributes for reporting, analytics, and insights applications.


  • Work with Data Science team to ensure that customer measurement & project analysis data requirements are met.


  • Work with various customer-level touchpoint datasets to perform customer path, audience profiling and other customer analysis.


  • Collaborate with marketing partners on new use cases for customer analytics projects.


  • Reports and provides insights on customer KPI metrics, with an emphasis on business value metrics.


  • Co-develops measurement roadmap for customer KPI's.


  • Develops and presents customer analysis to reveal insights and advises marketing on future actions and strategies.


  • Supports the discipline of storytelling and insight generation.


  • Develops and maintains documentation on Customer KPIs and reports, including associated code.


  • Aids in the onboarding and migration of new data platforms and tools as needed.




The ideal candidate will possess many of the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years working in a marketing or customer analytics role


  • Expertise with SQL or other database programming languages


  • Skills in use of BI tools to analyze relational datasets and support data visualization, such as Tableauor Power BI


  • Experience with SAS, Python, Pandas or R a plus


  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred


  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools and data preferred


  • Experience with Digital Site or Marketing tools and/or data sets a plus


  • Experience on advanced analytics/data science projects for marketing use cases a plus




The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated track record in obtaining and analyzing quantitative data to solve actual business problems.


  • Strong technical skills, including experience with analytics, query and data visualization tools.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to explain deep technical results to diverse groups of stakeholders.


  • A life-long learner who is curious, has a passion for solving hard, ill-defined problems, has comfort taking initiative and who continuously seeks to improve their skills and understanding.
