Within our Global Consumer Marketing division, we have a great opportunity for a Sr. Digital Testing Analyst to join our Customer Analytics team! In this role, you will lead the Customer and Prospect Experience (CPX) analytics practice which includes development of A/B and MVT testing strategies, experiment design and measurement. In addition to being a hands-on analyst, you will be responsible for thought leadership as well as development and adoption of best practices for the program.

Specific responsibilities include:


  • Own testing KPIs tied to CPX objectives and value drivers improving and refining them over time.


  • Determine testing and measurement strategy for experiences and tests.


  • Responsible for generating and maintaining program and campaign-level analyses and insights over time.


  • Share CPX results with the core team and leadership team through monthly and quarterly showcase/demo events.


  • Consult executive team to align desired concept outcomes and targeted KPIs.


  • Own reporting dashboards for the program and individual tests.


  • Synthesize test learnings for use in future tests within the CPX Team or broader Bose functional groups.


  • Champion data-driven decisioning by helping team define actionable and clear hypotheses for high impact tests.


  • Work with CPX Team and broader functional groups to develop best practices for testing, strategy, and analysis standards throughout Bose.


  • Proactively identify ways to increase speed and accuracy of test process and execution, working with our agency and other teams to influence change.


  • Work to evolve our testing and analysis maturity by providing thought leadership for larger testing capability roadmap.


  • Work with the Data Science team to adopt automated testing approaches across multiple channels (e.g. website, email, app), and drive adoption of other automation or AI-driven advancements.




The ideal candidate will possess many of the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years hands-on A/B testing experience in ecommerce, in a marketing, analytics, or similar role


  • 7+ years of experience with web analytics tools, preferably with Adobe Analytics


  • Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, statistics, or similar marketing field


  • Expertise with A/B and multivariate testing tools


  • Advanced understanding of statistical concepts related to A/B testing including both Frequentist and Bayesian methodologies


  • Ability to analyze and visualize data in Excel


  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI and other data visualization tools


  • Understanding of marketing frameworks and methodologies


  • Nice to have: Python, R, Confluence, JIRA, Java script, HTML and CSS, SQL and working with relational databases

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies: paid search, display, paid social, programmatic buying, audience targeting, personalization, creative testing and more
