Job Description:

System deliverables include validating equipment, developing system requirements, and assisting with translation into functional system specifications. Incumbents work with business and IT delivery teams in order to understand the business vision and collaborate with IT delivery teams to enrich understanding by thorough deliverables development and reviews. IT Systems Analysts research and help resolve defects and production issues with business and technical teams and assist with defining and creating test case scenarios. In addition, responsibilities include participation in the sign-off of key deliverables and the storage of equipment, as well as accountability for managing systems requirements and equipment to IT team members.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Administer, support and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and all associated operating systems and applications for all users in a multi-site corporate environment
Perform employee onboarding IT functions for new employees and contractors including setting up user AD accounts and computer logins, establishing email addresses, phone system logins/pin numbers, and distributing computer, phone and other equipment
Perform employee off boarding IT functions which include the collection of equipment and deprovisioning of computer access
Work service requests and help desk tickets on a daily basis
Provide metrics and reporting as directed
Maintain existing IT network elements and monitoring systems
Respond to alerts and take corrective action; provide root cause analysis and suggest improvements
Assist Clinic Staff with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365) with an emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel
Maintain appropriate tools to assist in the execution of duties
Suggest improvements and seek additional training to maintain skills necessary to execute duties
Other duties may be assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or Equivalent experience
Previous hands-on experience working in a Help Desk environment
Functional knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and office applications
Basic Nortel/Avaya BCM phone and Voicemail Administration
Knowledge of Virtual Servers (PLUS)
Knowledge of SQL Server (PLUS)
Ability to blend creativity, problem solving, and technical skills to support end-users
Advanced understanding of installing, managing, maintaining Windows Desktop Operating Systems within an enterprise environment
Advanced knowledge supporting Print servers and Multifunction printers within an enterprise environment
Ability to troubleshoot difficult problems in Windows and virus and malware detection
Advanced knowledge supporting end users with Office 365 and the Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced knowledge supporting Azure Active Directory
Intermediate networking knowledge and understanding of core concepts in alignment with Network+
Advanced computer knowledge and understanding of ITIL standards, practices and theories in alignment with CompTIA
Core understanding of Windows Server and advanced Windows desktop OS technologies
Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 DHCP
Intermediate knowledge of Cisco networking, IPv4 and IPv6, NAT, DNS, Application Layer Protocols, and DHCP
Intermediate knowledge of PowerShell Scripting
Advanced knowledge of operating system deployments
System Center 2012 Configuration Manager: Managing Clients
Basic ability to plan and create applications and security policies
Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in a technical support role
2+ years supporting end users in an Office 365 environment
Microsoft Windows certification, or CompTIA or Network+ certification preferred
3+ years of experience working in both Windows desktop OS environments with the ability to troubleshoot at both an application and desktop OS level

Tools and Equipment Requirements
The ability to use a phone, computer, printer, and copier is required.
Frequent use of Microsoft office products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The ability to use the internet and various web browser software is required.
Physical Working Conditions and Office Setting Description
Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
Manual dexterity using a calculator and computer keyboard.
Requires prolonged sitting, standing, frequent bending, stooping, or stretching.
Some lifting may be required.
Frequent and prolonged typing and frequent and prolonged operation of computer, keyboard, and telephones required.
Requires occasional use of fax machines, telephones, copiers, and other office equipment.
Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
