Wealth Management, Global Maintenance Program - Associate Product Team Member at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Columbus, Ohio

Job Description:

Within Global Wealth Management, we are currently looking to hire a qualified candidate to extend our product team with proven technical program delivery. This individual will be aligned to a product tower focused on delivering a prioritized book of work by working with the business to drive operational strategy of the end-the-end process by implementing change. This position will help execute the strategic technology roadmap working across the Maintenance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concise user stories and process flows that support the design and development process
• Work with our technology and business partners to transform stories into design
• Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system, prod checkout coordination/involvement)
• Apply critical thinking to identify new ideas on how we can be more responsive to needs

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with 3-5 years of experience leading technical delivery with the following qualifications and skills:

• Ability to prioritize and effectively deliver in time constrained environment
• Self-driven with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with technical delivery to deliver strategic solutions
• Experience with Jira and portfolio reporting
• Experience with Agile product delivery
• Anticipates and resolves issues with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills ensuring transparency across all stakeholders
• Adapts to a rapidly changing business and technical environment
• Operational experience a plus
• Wealth management experience a plus
