Job Description:

Commercial Banking delivers extensive industry knowledge, local expertise and seamless global capabilities to clients-including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, real estate investors and owners, and not-for-profit organizations-with annual revenue generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. We offer a comprehensive set of financial products and services including credit, asset-based lending, real estate finance and treasury. We provide clients with access to investment banking and asset management services and enable the success of minority, woman and veteran owned businesses to help build their long term success.

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to develop strategy and programs that will help drive new client acquisition and expand existing relationships. Key areas of focus include minority, woman and veteran owned businesses (MWVOB) and mid-sized business owners that have existing relationships with JPMorgan Chase. The primary goal is to set strategic objectives, develop and manage programs for execution across channels to drive engagement, acquisition and relationship deepening of Commercial Banking prospects and clients in these areas.

Key Responsibilities


  • Take an active leadership role in working closely with senior executives and other key internal stakeholders.
  • Develop strategy and programs across the client journey, including building awareness, lead generation and nurturing, engagement, conversion and deepening that help build life-long relationships.
  • Cross-lob partnership and collaboration with peers to share existing and planned programs that drive awareness, engagement and relationship deepening of our respective clients.
  • Identify key performance indicators, measure, and report on the effectiveness of the strategy. Gather, analyze, and present data to multiple partners with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• This position will be filled by a candidate with exceptional drive and energy with a strong background and proven success in developing segment marketing strategy.

• This role requires an articulate, highly organized, self-motivated and resourceful individual who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and partnering with and leading cross-functional teams.


  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in developing, executing and managing segment marketing strategy
  • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, gather and analyze data, obtain consensus and implement change.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills, including the ability to synthesize "the story" for executive-level audiences and adjust communication and style based on different audiences and agendas.
  • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.
