Essential Job Functions:
Help lead the Sales team through sales process – including customer follow-up, customer escalations, assisting with customer concerns, and managing Sales Consultant performance
Manage Ecomm leads in CRM
Ensuring customer follow-up through day-to-day management of the Sales team.
Work with manufacturers on incentive programs, rebate schedules, and maintaining a balanced vehicle inventory.
Play an active role in the recruitment, interviewing, selection and development of the Buy Happy selling team.
Assist the GM in the facilitation of sales meetings, provide on the job training to Sales people, and coordinate vehicle deliveries with the Service Manager.
Manage the reconditioning of vehicles on the lot and show floor to ensure they meet the highest standards.
Partner with the Finance office to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s expectations as it pertains to interactions with customers, co-workers, subordinates, and vendors.

Qualifications/Skills:
Ability to maintain a level of professionalism and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
Verbal and written communication skills
Professional personal presentation
Attention to detail, organizing and planning
College degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a Related Field preferred
3+ years of automotive management experience
Proven track record in desking and closing deals
Proficient in operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred.
