Primary Purpose: Job scope includes antenatal breastfeeding promotion, resident and staff education, mother-baby consulting with term and preterm infants. Data collection and analysis.

Knowledge and Skills

Education: Registered nurse or bachelor's degree in the health field. Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

Years of Experience: Must have at least 1 year of lactation consulting experience as well and computer and interpersonal skills. Committed to best practices as outlined in the baby-friendly hospital initiative.
