Position Title:  Project Manager - Contract Management (6E)

 

Position Summary

The Project Manager will lead projects and initiatives within Contract Management.   This position will focus on supporting the Small Cell organization on leading process optimization, data and analytics initiatives and project management  They will partner within the team and cross-functionally on contract related objectives and projects.

 

Essential Job Functions

• Partner across teams to identity opportunity areas proactively, recommend solutions, drive for buy-in and implement solutions


• Review, research and understand contracting terms and operational implications


• Identify optimal workflows for specific contracting stages within the Business Process Management (BPM) tool  


• Engage in pre-contract analysis, anticipate needs and advise stakeholders


• Build relationships across cross-functional groups to ensure alignment and understand stakeholder needs


• Drive data and analysis initiatives


• Plan and lead process development and optimization initiatives


• Lead cross-functional teams and initiatives


• Lead strategy around the development and deployment of reporting and analysis that is accurate, complete and properly summarized to aid in management of business and management decision making.

 

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or related field


• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus

 

Experience/Minimum Requirements

• Three (3) plus years of experience in general project management


• Five (5) or more years of experience in real estate leasing/licensing related to the cellular industry


• Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of contracts and legal/compliance acumen


• Management experience preferred

Working Conditions: Works in an unusual time in our offices and remotely.  Needs to manage health and safety carefully to mitigate exposure to COVID-19 conditions.  Some travel required when conditions allow.
