Associate degree in Information Technology or a closely related field, or the equivalent combination or work experience and education High School diploma or equivalent is required
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to end users
Ability to research and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
Ability to effectively communicate with Tier 2 support issues that require escalation
Must have a sincere desire to help others while providing friendly service
Some travel may be required

Microsoft Windows PC support
Microsoft Office Application support
Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory account management
Manage support requests in a Service Management tool such as FreshService
Network file backup and recovery
Virus protection software administration
Remote Desktop support using tools such as Bomgar or Zoom
Video conferencing software such as Zoom
Education
