Responsibilities

• We're Hiring! Revolution Company is looking for multiple Belt Operators to join our team in Stuttgart, AR. This is a full-time job opportunity, with generous benefits, and overtime hours available. This position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.
  
  • Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
  • Sustain productivity and quality standards.
  • Follow all OSHA requirements and standards.
  • Work with other team members to ensure production lines are running.
  • Responsible for startup and shut down of production line.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Essential reading and writing skills required.
• Minimum one year of experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Able to lift to 100lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift.
