Job Description:

If you enjoy handling the day-to-day tasks within an exciting, fast pace operation and thrive on partnership with co-workers and leadership, Vector Security Networks is hiring an Operations Coordinator in Gainesville VA. The ideal candidate possesses at least 2years of administrative and customer service experience, strong communication skills, attention to details and strong organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Provide advanced troubleshooting to determine valid requests

  • Create work orders according to customer standards

  • Send new work orders to technicians

  • Obtain acceptable ETA's for open work orders

  • Ensure customer specific scheduling procedures are followed

  • Ensure additional required documentation is provided to the technicians

  • Provide ETAs to internal and external customers when requested

  • Communicate with technicians via phone and email correspondence

  • Work closely with the region's Team lead(s) to identify technicians that require additional coaching for success.

  • Update multiple systems to ensure each work order is up to date with accurate and complete information.

  • Track ordered parts and provide tracking to technicians.

  • Gather technician notes and time spent on site.

  • Determine additional steps needed to keep an open work order moving to ensure they are completed within a timely manner.
