Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Branch Loan Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES for this position include:

• Positive member loan delivery experience through sales and service performance. 


• Meeting and servicing the financial loan needs of all members through promoting and selling all types of Centra loan products and services based upon member needs. 


• Proactively generate loan production through the solicitation, application taking, underwriting, and closing duties associated with all types of loan products. 


• Cross sell other Centra products and services during loan interactions while delivering world class member service.  Assist with tracking, administration, maintenance, and team training of all loan products and services as assigned by branch manager. 


• Consistently meet and exceed member service and sales delivery standards.


• Consistently meet or exceed key product, service, and sales goals specific to loan generation and production within branch to ensure profitable and sound business practices for the Credit Union.


• Participate in loan development activities as a way to promote growth and development of the branch.

QUALIFICATIONS for this position requires skills, education/ training and experience in the following areas:

• 1-3 years of related lending experience and/or training


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and member service skills


• Experience with credit scoring and loan underwriting
