What you will do


  • Account Credit Check Inputs: perform all credit checks for the Americas on Accounts requested by the sales representatives, input credit check results in CRM to allow for Opportunity stage advancement.

  • Deal Review Board: Manage the weekly Deal Review Board calendar series, communications to team, log decisions made in weekly meetings, manage the approval process of each Case.

  • Data Hygiene: Assist in mass updates of all core objects in Salesforce, work with account owners and Sales Team Leads to maintain master territory lists and account portfolios in CRM.

  • Field Audit: Review each of the core objects available fields, looking for opportunities to remove from the CRM and/or make enhancements to current field sets.

  • Data Dictionary/Sales Training Documentation: work with Sales Operations and Sales Management to create a data dictionary of all fields, workflow rules, validation rules, and process flows that are active in the CRM. Create a Sales Training deck to provide to all onboarding teams.

  • Ad-Hoc Requests: Manage all ad-hoc requests that come from the Sales teams, from custom report creation, dashboard creation, troubleshooting existing integrations with third party applications, or general system functionality inquiries.

  • CRM Enhancements: create demands for future CRM enhancements, build and design all enhancements to production, end-user training.

  • Lead Conversion, Account Hygiene Management: approve all Lead conversion submissions and manage Account creation, maintain data integrity of all Accounts in CRM.

  • Weekly Reporting

  • OneSensormatic

  • Global Retail Executive Dashboard

  • Weekly Slides for Global Sales Call

  • Scheduled Revenue Audit and Deliver

  • Weekly Lead and Campaign Generation Report

  • Deal Review Board queue items

How you will do it


  • Maintain close alignment with Sensormatic leadership team and key operations positions within Sensormatic

  • Liaise with Sensormatic leadership and global JCI team to manage process of system changes, upgrades, maintenance and data migrations

  • Embrace a business focused and results oriented approach to getting work done

What we look for

Required


  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Expert proficiency in SFDC including classic and lightning interfaces

  • 8 years of related experience; ability to organize & manage multiple priorities simultaneously; strong analytical skills

  • Ability to convey SFDC processes and capabilities to Sales Professionals in a clear and meaningful way

  • Demonstrate ability to identify and implement change, adhere to deadlines, provide value-added analyses to assist leaders to make informed decisions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach toward business issues

  • Ability to build rapport, cultivate strong working relationships and drive collaboration across teams

  • Resourceful self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
