The Opportunity

We are looking to hire a Groundskeeper to join our Grounds Maintenance Team reporting to their Service Manager. This position is responsible for the physical condition of the property and grounds. The right person will have a proactive attitude and takes pride in their accomplishments. Being a motivated self-starter and having a strong attention to detail are essential in order to display a commitment to excellence that interprets the Beztak vision and brand.  

Key Functions

Responsible for maintaining the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris-free, and top-quality environment

Assisting service team with requests to ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High school diploma preferred

Must be timely and organized

High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven, and self-directed

Can work flexible schedule multiple days of the week

Able to work outside in varying weather conditions

Able to pass pre-employment screening, including: drug and background check
