Engage with business owner and manager customers to help grow their business with our dynamic beauty products with a problem solving approach
Understand and be well versed in the private label product and packaging portfolio
Manage assigned accounts with a focus on growing the business relationship
Present promotions to clients via email, phone, and/or mail, handle reorders
Understand and manage each salon’s purchasing cycle, retail environment, through training of beauty industry clients on product usage
Have a clear understanding of general and specific how to use, features, benefits as well as call out ingredients of each product in order to effectively present them to clients
Use product knowledge to answer client questions and recommend products for clients to fill out their portfolio in a way that meets the needs of the customer and the end user
Address customer service issues, such as: track orders through the internal flow in Voyant Beauty, troubleshoot issues as they arise, clear communication to the client related to daily functions such as timing, cost throughout the order process
Manage new account acquisition
1. Use company generated leads to effectively prospect for new business
2. Conduct a Clientele Discovery Questionnaire with each prospect
3. Consistently follow-up with proposals and customer inquiries
Meet all monthly, quarterly and annual goals
Daily review and execution of:
1. Sales
2. Goals
3. Pending orders
4. Pipeline reports
Overarching goal is to graduate clients from Emerging Brands with turnkey bulk and packaging into the Contract division with custom bulk and bespoke packaging
Other duties or tasks as assigned by management
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong project management skills required
Prefer Beauty Industry knowledge
Sales Experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong leadership and communication skills a must, with the ability to work in a face pace environment
High school degree or equivalent required, some college or college degree preferred
