Consultant - US at Infosys in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Senior Cash Management Functional Analyst or consultant 
As a Senior Consultant; you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be a key player in the domain consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create requirement specifications based on business needs. You will be involved in functional analysis of applications and support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, MA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• Must have Experience in financial / banking domain 
• Experience in Cash management functional  (Asset servicing/Custody services) domain. 

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 7 years of experience working in Wealth/ asset Management/ Banking domain projects
• At least 4 years of experience in Asset servicing/Custody services. 
• Ability to gather business requirements, create product backlogs, story functions etc in Agile methodology and translate into business functional design. 
• At least 4 years of experience in working with business and creating technical documents  
• Experience managing large transformation programs, work with line of business and product owners.
• Experience working with large teams, working with senior leadership, defining and establishing the project strategy
• Work closely with business leaders to understand the problems and convert into functional/technical capabilities. 
• Creation of business test cases and execution of SIT/UAT during developments programs is essential. 
• Experience with project management
• Strong  Analytical and Communication skills and Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
