Job Description: 

Global Marketing Capability Leader positions offered by Kimberly-Clark Global Sales LLC (Neenah, WI). Develop strategic marketing content and learning strategies for deployment through Regional Marketing capability-building priorities.  Lead the development of marketing strategies, processes, tools, competency models, learning curricula and community engagement.

Minimum Requirements: 

Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in marketing, communications or a related field and 5 years of experience in the position offered or 5 years of experience performing consumer marketing, including developing and executing digital marketing strategies and translating business, brand and category analysis into recommendations.  Also requires 5 years of experience performing marketing leadership of product and commercial innovation.  Requires 4 years of experience: providing P&L ownership/management; and performing cross function and agency collaboration.  Requires 3 years of experience developing new product launches.  Experience may be acquired prior to award of degree. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
