What You Will Do
The Program Manager will develop program goals and objectives that are aligned to the overall strategic objectives of the organization by effectively engaging with various stakeholders in the business. They will
coordinate, plan and manage the program life cycle and monitor work performed by multiple Agile teams to deliver on common objectives. They will Orchestrate distributed project teams by creating a framework of shared accountability and trust between teams and executives. Lastly, the Program Manger will motivate and mentor teams to embrace process changes to meet program objectives.
Your Day to Day Essential Duties
• Assess the Agile maturity of individual teams and coach teams to higher levels of maturity and productivity
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communication plans and coordinate resource management across teams.
• Build a consolidated roadmap with full portfolio visibility enabling a single view of all projects managed by multiple teams.
• Come up with sustainable goals for the organization.
• Work with the Product Owners and Architecture team to create and maintain expert estimates on initiatives and epics
• Organize and facilitate cross-team ceremony and events, such as Planning Increments or Development Summits
• Coordinate production releases with PMO, DevOps and other stakeholders in Go To Market process
• Document, track, and effectively resolve cross-team impediments.
• Document, communicate, and manage project risks across the organization; implement contingencies when necessary.
• Setup projects and initiatives in the chosen project management tools (Jira and Confluence)
• Identify and implement Program level measures / metrics that align with corporate strategy.
• Establish strong program governance with management and oversight of program interactions with the program governance function.
• Define new programs that support the organization objectives and frequently assess the strengths / weaknesses of the program through retrospectives

What You Bring to the Team
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
• 6+ years of experience; or other degree and increased amount of practical software project management experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification required
• Experience in an Agile software development environment
• Experience with project tracking software tools, Jira experience preferred
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the working day
• Needs to occasionally move about the office to communicate with staff and attend meetings
• Constantly operates a computer
• Frequently communicates verbally with peers and management
• Must be able to analyze detail close-up
