We have an opening for aProduction Line Leaderbased in City of Industry, CA! This role is responsible for all aspects of leading and managing the Business Unit team. The primary purpose of the Business Units is to ensure that products are produced in line with safety, quality and consumer requirements. Incumbents are responsible for ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly production KPI's are met for People, Safety, Quality, Delivery Cost and Growth. This is a complex, fast paced production setting.

You will have a basic understanding of budgeting and cost control

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
You will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent of education and experience
You will have Five to ten years related experience and/or training
You will have Food processing experience (preferred)
You will have a Combination of education, experience or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required is acceptable
