This position supports the Head of Institutional Sales and Vice President of Business Development to ensure we have appropriate collateral in place for all sales meetings and client interactions. This position is 100% remote.

Lead meetings with all partners to explore opportunities to work together
Prepare all collateral for business meetings (current and prospective clients)
Be available to field questions from current and prospective clients
Develop campaign(s) to drip materials to build awareness in the channel, and measure/report on success metrics.
Relationship Management - Maintain strong working relationships with Recordkeepers, Broker-dealer firms, IRA and DCIO nationally to promote our solutions to Financial Professionals.
Ability to discuss industry trends with all constituents (Recordkeepers, Advisors, Broker-dealers, DCIO firms, etc.).
Work closely with colleagues in Product, Operations, Client Management, Marketing and Business Development to guide our solutions and the vision of TPA in marketplace.
Maintain a strong knowledge of key competitors with the ability to highlight our unique advantages.
Problem resolution with clients and prospective clients
Foster lasting relationships and promote organic growth with distribution intermediaries through value-added strategic analyses and execution of consultative solutions to further Ascensus' reputation as a premier provider of retirement plan services.
Consistently demonstrate a superior level of proactive client focus and team work. Leverage industry knowledge to promote key intermediary satisfaction, leading to client retention and organic growth.
Act as an internal advocate for key intermediaries and their clients by coordinating with internal Ascensus departments.
Consistently deliver superior service to strengthen relationships and capture a greater share-of-wallet.
Review existing book of business to identify plan retention and cross-sell revenue opportunities.
Lead and/or participate in projects and initiatives related to the establishment of new key relationships and the creation of additional value for existing relationships.
Maintain proficiency with regulatory, financial, accounting, service, operations and compliance aspects of the relationship management function.
Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus TPA Solutions to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus TPA Solutions or our clients.

Ability to prepare presentations and client materials
Comfortable presenting publicly as well as one-on-one
5 + years of experience in the retirement plan industry
Proven successful distribution in defined contribution recordkeeping and administrative services
Ability to work independently as required, but also work within and contribute to maintaining a highly-cohesive team environment
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work with a high level of independence
Must be detail oriented and be able to produce high quality work within tight time constraints
Ability to make sound business judgments while effectively balancing client needs and organizational considerations
Superior time management skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, unsupervised environment
Strong, in-depth ERISA and plan design knowledge
