JOB DUTIES

Keeps buildings and grounds in orderly condition. Provides general building and equipment maintenance repair.

Maintains all systems associated with the building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.

Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.

Perform PM services on A/C equipment.

Moves furniture and equipment.

Maintains company vehicle fleet, forklifts, and machinery and keeps record of services.

Builds offices/spaces and assemble/disassemble cubicle furniture.

Maintains Alarm and Fire systems.

Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk.

Operates fork-lifts and manlift and scissor-lifts.

Maintains warehouse and various duties at 2700 building.

Police grounds for trash and keeps Shipping/Receiving area clean/safe.

Provide data/ IT support, assist running cables, etc.

Light industrial equipment repairs including motor change outs, belts, pulleys, etc.

Maintain weekly/ monthly duties and have accurate log keeping skills on PC.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

General knowledge of shop tools and machinery with ability to learn/ follow detailed preventative maintenance guidelines and repair ability of company equipment. HVAC knowledge preferred. Basic plumbing & Intermediate electrical knowledge needed.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently left and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
