In this role you will:


Be a Strategic Partner



  • Partnering with leaders to address operational and people issues.

  • Developing, prioritizing and executing HR strategies - nimbly responding to changing business needs.

  • Identifying people issues before they impact the business.

  • Developing the next generation of leaders.

  • Rooting the people strategy into the business unit strategy and providing related insights and metrics to help drive performance.

  • Redesigning organizational structure based on strategic objectives.


Be a Change Agent



  • Role modeling the culture, fostering culture-supporting behaviors in our leaders, and reinforcing culture with employees - through people initiatives like employee engagement, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and continuous performance management.

  • Being a champion for the overall well-being, health, and safety of employees.

  • Applying talent management, business, and organizational acumen to manage ongoing change and enable agility.

  • Funneling observations and needs from the business back into HR to ensure HR continuously reinvents itself to provide an exceptional employee experience.


Be a Trusted, Proactive Advisor



  • Diagnosing problems and identifying appropriate solutions.

  • Influencing business leaders with data-driven recommendations.

  • Driving change efforts.

  • Coaching leaders to develop and practice their people-leadership capabilities.

  • Administering programs, procedures, and guidelines to align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.

At the very minimum you need to have:



  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience

  • One or more years of related work experience


But we would really prefer you also have:



  • Your degree, or advanced degree, in Business Administration or Human Resource Management

  • 5 or more years of Human Resources Business Partner experience

  • Certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)

Your team consists of a core group of Human Resource Business Partners that work across business units and are supported by larger specialized Human Resources teams, including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Development.
