Director of National Security at T-Rex Solutions LLC in Greenbelt, Maryland

Job Description:

The Director of National Security shall be responsible for establishing and executing a National Security strategy and expand the T-Rex Solutions footprint in the DOD community.

Duties:

• Leverage experience (program management, business development, technical, and leadership) and existing network to successfully increase headcount on existing programs and gain workshare on new programs.


• Focus on retaining existing talent and recruiting new talent.


• Leverage T-Rex's unique technology capabilities and experiences to create a "differentiated message" that resonates across the DoD IT/Cyber community.

Requirements:

• Experience capturing new business deals up to $100M.


• Ability to manage P&L $40M+ P&L. Experience supporting DoD IT and/or cyber components preferred.


• Technical prowess to understand T-Rex capabilities and value propositions.


• Ability to build relationships with National Security/DoD clients and partners to accelerate growth.


• Drive to meet new people, a thirst for understanding their environment, and the interpersonal skills to be an active listener who asks probing and relevant questions to shape opportunities.


• Ability to analyze industry trends and competitive landscape.


• Experience developing strategy and executing programs in DoD a must. Experience in other National Security entities to include DHS, IC, law enforcement a plus.
