Full Time Customer Service Agent

12:00p - 9:00p | Tuesday - Friday and every other weekend | Mondays off

In this role, you will:

• Interact via phone with facilities who rent Sizewise durable medical equipment


• Handle equipment orders, troubleshoot basic equipment issues, and answer general inquiries


• Navigate a variety of databases and computer programs

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs


• Proficiency in web browsing and email applications


• Ability to operate web ordering software and operational systems


• Superior customer service abilities


• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills


• Practiced documentation skills


• Ability to sit for long periods of time


• Manual dexterity


• High School diploma or equivalent
