Job Description:


Scope:

The site HR Coordinator provides general HR administration and coordination support to a business unit. Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations. The position reports to the site HR Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Frontline resource within the HR department to address questions and provide support to employees.

  • Full cycle recruiting; initiate personnel requisitions through applicant tracking system, post and advertise jobs, review and update job descriptions, screen online applications, schedule and conduct interviews (phone and in-person), collect personnel documentation, conduct reference checks and extend offers of employment.

  • Process new hire/rehire paperwork in HRIS database and conduct new hire orientation.

  • Create and maintain employee personnel files.

  • Process all employment-related actions in HRIS database; transfers, promotions, demotions, leaves, pay changes, and terminations.

  • Assist with processing bi-weekly site payroll.

  • Respond to verifications of employment requests with third party vendor.

  • Maintains photo and badge access system for the site.

  • Assist with the administration of HR programs, projects and reports as assigned.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:



  • Knowledge of HR and employment laws is strongly preferred.


  • Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.


  • Demonstrated ability to act in professional manner at all times.


  • Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.


  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.


  • Proficient computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.


  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.


  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively both in groups as well as independently.


  • Demonstrated sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information.


  • Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.


  • Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.

Education and Experience:


  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred.

  • Prior Human Resources experience required, within manufacturing environment preferred.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
