Job Description:

Summary

This is a 40 hour per week position.

Position Summary:

To receive patients and visitors in the Emergency Room & Registrar's office, obtain all necessary information and signatures related to the admission process to expedite the processing and collection of their patient account. To always project a knowing and compassionate attitude to the patients and visitors.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):





    1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


    2. License/Certifications: N/A


    3. Experience: N/A

    4. Ability to read and write cursive and printing.

    5. Strong computer skills.

    6. Strong interpersonal skills.

    7. Strong organizational skills.

    8. Medical Terminology preferred.
