Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Care Management, the Social Work Supervisor provides direct and indirect social work services to patients and families, as well as supervision to clinical social work staff and interns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education
  
  
  • MSW from accredited graduate School of Social Work required.
  
  
  • Additional coursework in business, management, or healthcare administration preferred.
  
  
  
  


• Experience
  
  
  • Minimum two years supervised experience in a health care setting, preferably but not restricted to acute care.
  
  
  • Demonstrated leadership experience required.
  
  
  • Previous experience as a supervisor strongly preferred.
  
  
  
  


• Licensure and/or Certification
  • LICSW required.
