HEICO Component Repair Group is currently looking for a Senior Accountant. If you are outgoing, a fast learner and looking for a company where there is a chance for advancement, this is the position for you. The position will be located in Miami, FL. In this position, the Senior Accountant may be required to:

• Reconcile account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end / year-end close procedures


• Verify, allocate, and post accounts receivables and accounts payable


• Run accounting reports and analyzing financial information and summarizing results for our corporate office

• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures


• In depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles


• Familiar with financial accounting statements


• Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close process


• Advanced skills in MS Excel including Vlookups and pivot tables


• Hands-on experience with accounting software


• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills


• Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
