TITLE
Manager, eCRM and Email Marketing
Working Remote
~Preference would be for a candidate to live close enough to be in the Corporate HQ Office in Orrville, OH at least some of the time.
Lead, Digital COE and Pod Strategy and Activation
The CRM Manager owns the CRM system and activation of the technology to drive an effective sales funnel, leveraging strategies that drive data acquisition, cross selling & conversion at scale. This role also leverages a strong analytical background to define and track KPIs to optimize headlines, offers etc. with the goal of optimizing overall performance.
Contributes to CRM strategy in support of respective Enterprise Annual Brand Marketing Plans with an eye toward data acquisition, consumer engagement & growth in contribution margin.
Ideates & creates segmentation for email list deployment & identifies content calendar inclusive of segmentation & testing for drip campaigns & data acquisition
Codes the email HTML, conducts UAT, and schedules the campaigns for deployment using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Leverages analytical tools to create and analyze performance & share findings with Pod Leads.
Works with outside partners to identify new growth opportunities & test & learn opportunities
Oversees email design & routes for approval

Education
Bachelor's degree is required
Experience
Required:
Minimum four years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in email marketing required; knowledge of online marketing methods & best practices
Experience using email service provider technology & CRM data acquisition technologies
Comprehensive understanding of CRM best practices and email marketing concepts
Ability to plan & manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
Desired:
Experienced using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Oracle Responsys
Familiar with Return Path email deliverability consulting services
Past experience working with Movable Ink, contextual marketing vendor
Working knowledge of Photoshop

Solid background in customer acquisition strategies
Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
Analytical background to analyze and optimize current marketing programs with a test & learn mindset
An ability to manage marketing projects end to end
