Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the platform strategy and defining the cross-product experience for customers who purchase our NortonLifeLock suite of products across all of our channels - online, partner, and retail.

In your role, you will work with a cross-functional team to drive and execute key initiatives and define a best-in-class customer experience for our customers post-purchase, as they activate, download, use and manage their NortonLifeLock products. Our ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, data-driven, have a strong experience with design, and demonstrated success working with agile development teams. In addition, they should have a strong understanding of the consumer technology space including consumer needs and technical SaaS software principles.

Responsibilities

• Set a bold vision and define the roadmap for the Norton 360 platform that powers the customer experience for our customers


• Drive the execution of requests coming from outside teams - leading the design effort, creating a test plan, and identifying business metrics


• Partner with internal stakeholders to build, test, and launch features across our platforms


• Provide analytical and strategic-thinking to guide leadership in making platform and customer experience decisions


• Responsible for product backlog prioritization and making trade-off decisions


• Drive cross-functional initiatives & alignment with key functional groups (engineering, marketing, product, support, etc.) to achieve NortonLifeLock's goals

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, experience in software preferred


• Experience in leading cross-functional teams to define and build features that exceed customer expectations


• Ability to speak to the approach and design of implementing a cross-product solution


• Ability to manage and drive multiple projects


• Has a creative and flexible approach to problem-solving and finds innovative ways to overcome roadblocks to get things done


• Excellent interpersonal communication/presentation/writing skills


• Strategic thinker with a bias towards action


• Superior analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative


• Demonstrated track record for using insights to drive decision making with a strong focus on the customer and creating awesome product experiences


• Self-motivated, resourceful, and independent contributor


• Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal groups including senior-level executives, engineering, marketing, and other product leaders


• Bachelor's degree (MBA or other Master's preferred) or equivalent work experience
