Job Description:

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position supports the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC).

• Under limited supervision, performs analysis and support in the areas of reconciliation of financial transactions


• Conducts and participates in tracking obligation and expenditure benchmarks to support DoD financial management decision making


• Executes and supports reconciliation of master financial reports between all TRMC financial stakeholders


• Performs miscellaneous analyses and reconciliations using Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) reports, open commitment lists, and Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DARQ) documents


• Performs reconciliation between the Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) log funding amounts, DAI, and field activities to ensure accuracies


• Performs external coordination with multiple stakeholders across disciplines to track funding obligations and expenditures


• Directly supports compliance and financial/analytical audits through analysis, explanations and document gathering


• Executes funding obligations in DAI database


• Executes other duties as assigned by the CFO
