We are seeking an Analyst I (Change Control)in Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:

This is a fulltime position working with the Project Teams assisting with coordinating, organizing, and securing Change Control documents and logs. Aide Project Team with change documents for completeness and accuracy; assist in maintaining and managing logs; organize and track documents going through the approval process; make sure approved forms are gathered and filed appropriately. Interact on behalf of the Project Team gathering data and preparation of supporting documentation during both Engineering and Construction phases of a project

Qualifications

BA/BS Degree preferred; or an equivalent of 1-3 years prior work experience. Basic knowledge of cost tools, procedures and processes. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and a desire to work with details. Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities. Time management and organizational skills. Prefer knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel. Must be a Team player and able to work with others.
