VP- Project Manager Global Cyber at Chubb in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Scope

As part of Chubb’s Global Cyber Program Management Office, the Vice President (VP) will report to the Global Head of Cyber.  The VP will be responsible for organizing, monitoring and reporting program initiatives across regions and functions.  This individual will support the ongoing evolution of strategic programs, manage executive reporting, and support planning and strategy activities for the organization.  Success requires strong project/program management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence senior leaders across regional and functional groups.

Responsibilities


  • Work cooperatively within the Cyber team to manage and track the completion of various deliverables

  • Work collaboratively with other functional groups and Global Head of Cyber to align and manage program scope, cost, schedule, quality, dependencies and risks to meet program goals

  • Manage monthly program reporting for executive management

  • Serve as an advisor to Global Head of Cyber and team by ensuring key priorities and budgets are on track

  • Manage the annual planning and prioritization process in support of the strategic objectives of Global Cyber organization.  Prepare the submissions for Corporate Finance and Executive Management.

  • Work collaboratively with the functional leaders in the organization to tackle various operational issues as needed


Qualifications


  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; MBA degree a plus

  • Requires 15+ years of related experience in project or program management, with at least 3 years in Agile environment (Scrum).  ACP certification a plus.

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively and establish strong working relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently; comfortable with loosely defined tasks or ambiguity

  • Results oriented and adaptable

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Deep experience working in a global and complex matrixed environment

  • Insurance industry or Insuretech experience

  • Demonstrated integrity and discretion handling confidential information
