A Case Management RN opportunity is available at a highly accredited acute-care facility in one of the biggest cities in New Mexico. The Case Management RN will report directly to the Director Case Management while working side by side with multiple other Case Manager RN's. They must ensure that each patient is admitted the appropriate amount of care for their medical needs. Responsibilities include needing to to communicate with patients in all departments while being compassionate and selfless.
Case Management RN Skills:
- Ability to document patient records
- Verbal communication
- Being a people person / able to relate on a personal level
- Previous Case Management experience
- Ability to establish treatment plans for each patient
- Compassion
