The Manager of Case Management will have clinical and operational oversight for this active department. The Case Management Department Manager is responsible for ensuring Joint Commission compliance, implementing process improvement initiatives, and evaluating staff performance. The ideal candidate has extensive acute care leadership experience in care management and utilization review. Reporting directly to the Care Management Director, the Manager of Case Management will lead and mentor a dedicated team of nurses and social workers.
